Based on Piotr Witt’s book, Agnieszka Lipiec - Wroblewska pictures in her latest film a much lesser-known Frederic Chopin. Frederic offers an insightful psychological portrait of a man who suddenly discovers poverty and uncertainty and has to deal with humiliation, as well as               

in-fulfillment. Far from Home, Frederic now living in Paris,  has to face a cholera outbreak and gets to see, only from a distance, powerless, the consequences of the fall of the November Uprising.
